Pumpkin Seed Biscuits

I must be obsessed with pumpkins...
I was craving for something sweet this afternoon and I had nothing to bite. So I decided to make some biscuits using the ingredients used for Crumbles... not bad and very very crunchy! :)

Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats or other cereal
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour (white or wholemeal)
1/2 cup of oil
4 tb. of water
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
a handful of pumpkin seeds

Mix all ingredients and make little balls with your hands. If you have fake teeth or simply don't want to brake your teeth, flatten the biscuits with your hands. Bake for 20/25 minutes at medium temp.
Enjoy! :)

I am obsessed with pumpkins too, and I love pumpkin seeds. They have such a nice and sweet flavour! I think I will make these biscuits some day. They look like something I could have for breakfast as well.
